Rumor: China's NDRC Establishes RMB 8 Bln IPv6 Fund

China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has established a RMB 8 bln specialized fund for next-generation IPv6 internet that will provide government subsidies to up to 100 firms, including telecom operators, equipment vendors, commercial websites, and R&D organizations, according to a source close to the NDRC.
